When the sun goes down, The Yurt is home to Utah’s most sought-after dining experience. Your evening begins with a guided snowshoe tour through a moonlit forest where an unforgettable multi-course dinner awaits within the comfort and warmth of The Yurt.

YURT DINNER DETAILS

• The entire Yurt experience is approximately 3 ½ to 4 hours. Guests start their adventure in Solitude Village at 5:00 PM and are generally back to the village by 8:30 PM.
• Dining at the Yurt is a fun and friendly social experience. Seating takes place at long tables shared with other guests.
• There is no running water at the Yurt. Portable restrooms are available outside.
• Dinner at the Yurt features a prix fixe, four-course meal. The menu is decided daily and prepared from locally sourced ingredients by our professional chefs.
• Dietary accommodations can be requested during checkout, prior to payment.
• Snowshoe tour, sparkling wine, multi-course meal, food service fee, and tax are included in the purchase.
• Guests are welcome to bring their own bottle of wine. A $20 corkage fee will be applied.
• Corkage fees, gratuity, soft drinks, and additional alcohol are not included in the Yurt Dinner price.
• Guests must be 14 or older.

GETTING TO THE YURT

• Guests arrive at the Yurt via a guided snowshoe tour. The tour is approximately ½ mile and suitable for all levels. No experience is required; all necessary instruction will be provided.
• Dress warm and in layers. Wear waterproof boots, boot gaiters, hats, gloves, and snow-appropriate outerwear.
• Arrive at 5:00 PM under the clock tower in Solitude Village, Entry 2, off Big Cottonwood Canyon Road (www.solitudemountain.com/maps). All parking at Solitude is free after 1:00 PM. Please arrive on time for prompt departure after snowshoe fitting takes place. The group will leave no later than 5:30 PM.
• Motorized transportation to the Yurt will be made available for any guests not wanting to participate in the snowshoe tour for any reason.

We will gladly give you a full refund if you cancel before 5:00 PM two days prior to your reservation; otherwise, a $20 fee per reserved product will apply. No refunds will be given for day-of cancellations. No-shows for any reserved services will be charged at the full rate.

The Yurt Buyout Cancellation Policy: Group cancellation policy will be applied to The Yurt restaurant buyouts; payments are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation.

Join Women on Wednesdays and enjoy a six-week session taught by Solitude's professional female instructors. The mountain is more fun when you can explore the terrain with a group of fun, strong women.

Enrollment is limited, so secure your spot now. Women on Wednesdays is ability-based and takes place on recurring dates throughout the season.
